*** New. There are 2 of these available. One is still in the sealed airtight plastic and one we removed for pictures and placed immediately back in. When you receive either one please open the bag and give it a moment to regain its true form. When I removed the one at first the hair/fur looked rough but after a couple minutes it looked completely different so after more than the time it took for pictures it will be just fine:) ***
